Bishop Del Henson is a native of Heflin, Al and is the Senior Pastor of The Vision Church International and Chief overseer of Ever Increasing Vision Ministry. He accepted Christ as his personal savior at an early age, preaching his first message at age 12. From that moment on he was a man after God’s own heart. He had a strong pull and call on his life to preach God’s Word. Bishop Del founded and was ordained Pastor of In His Image Ministry on April 15, 2007. Where he pastored faithfully for over 5 years. In October of 2012 he was instructed by the Spirit of God to change the name of the church from In His Image Ministry to The Vision Church International. Under the tutelage of his Spiritual Father, Dr. Joseph R. Brown, founder and Pastor of Rhema Christian Center in Heflin, AL He began learning and teaching people how to live the life of faith; how to walk by faith and not by sight; how to be well and not sick; how to live and not die; how to keep the devil under their feet; how to live the victorious abundant life in Christ Jesus; how to live a blessed prosperous life and how to be led and walk in agreement with Spirit of God.It was here that he knew he was going to be “Revealing the Power of The Blessing” by “Repositioning the Body of Christ for Maximum Living”!
Bishop Del also started Ever Increasing Vision Ministry as another avenue for God to reach his people. EIVM allows him to be able to impart into the people of God on a consistent basis and they be partaker of the anointing God has placed on his life. He not only believes but he also knows from experience that the key to a successful ministry is the combination of praying in the spirit; living and teaching the Word of Faith; and following after the leadership of the Holy Ghost. He has been happily married to his lovely wife, Mrs. Angela Henson for almost 20 years. They have five beautiful children – Christian, J’son, Shayuna, Stashun and Heaven who also serve in the ministry along with their parents.
